We’re building out our international People function and seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our London team and employees across our Employer of Record (EOR) relationships globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR/People Operations, with meaningful time focused on UK and/or international employment
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
- Solid, working knowledge of UK employment law; familiarity with EOR models and their limitations
