We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR/People Operations Specialist to support and scale our People function at Netomi. The role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams
- Exposure to compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Interest in People analytics, systems, and process improvement
