LTL Operations Specialist coordinates and manages daily LTL shipments, tracks and traces shipments, monitors shipment performance, resolves exceptions, and assists in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in LTL Freight, logistics, or transportation operations
- Strong understanding of LTL carrier networks, pricing structures, and service levels
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Google Workspace
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
