Looking for Inside Sales Managers to develop sales superstars for an NYC-based start-up. Fresh Prints aims to build a team that is the gold standard in the industry, developing a pipeline of sales superstars who redefine what it means to deliver value to clients. As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll have a direct hand in creating a team that influences growth, strengthens the brand, and helps crush revenue goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience required
- 2+ years of sales team management experience preferred
- Experience with CRM suites like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales
- Experience with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io
- Experience in SAAS/IT sales will be a huge plus
Benefits
- Annual base pay: $24,000
- Annual variable pay: 1% commission on sales ($12,000 expectation)
