The role involves supporting users, answering questions, and finding solutions to problems. The team strives to make Skribble the leading E-Signing Platform in the DACH region.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service in the international B2B, ideally in the international SaaS field for B2B services in the DACH region.
  • Resident in Germany.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
  • French is an asset.
  • Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and find effective solutions to problems.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to remain professional and friendly, even in challenging situations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Empathetic, well-organized, and approachable.
