We are seeking a Logistics Planning Expert to develop long-horizon planning tasks, create scenarios, and evaluate trips and events. The ideal candidate has expertise in complex travel planning and strong written communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, or project management
- Expertise in complex travel planning, contractor shortlisting, household move coordination, or multi-party event planning
- Proficient in reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables
