Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on AR and collections operations experience
- Proven track record of managing third-party vendors or agencies against SLAs and KPIs
- Experience with billing platforms, PSPs, and ERPs, including Chargebee, Adyen, and NetSuite
- Ability to independently build and maintain operational reports using SQL and a BI tool
