We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms to evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs, and collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
- Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
- Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
- Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
- Ability to process NDA/legal documents.
- Skills in sourcing for deals.
