Symbiotic is seeking a Head of Capital Formation to drive institutional capital into the company, with a focus on reinsurance and structured products. The role will involve leading allocator coverage, translating complex product structures into investor-facing narratives, and attracting capital into vaults built on Symbiotic‘s infrastructure.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in capital formation, investment relations or institutional sales with personally-owned, measurable dollars raised.
- Direct exposure to structured products in the reinsurance/ILS space.
- Working fluency in TradFi capital decision-making: IC dynamics, structured products, term-sheet negotiation, collateral and risk frameworks, allocator due diligence.
- Ability to translate complex product structures, both on-chain mechanics and traditional financial primitives, into institutional-grade commercial narratives.
