We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our founding Customer Success team. The role involves ensuring a smooth customer experience and providing support to customers integrating autonomous pentesting into their vulnerability management programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with application security or developer tools
  • Working knowledge of application security fundamentals
  • Exposure to security tools ecosystem: scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, vulnerability management systems
  • Background in technical program management, technical account management or scaled customer success
  • Fluent in Korean, advanced in English
