Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique BPO firm specializing in back-office and customer support services for US-based insurance companies. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial operations and supporting our clients in the insurance sector.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting or clerical experience
  • Hands-on experience with accounts payable invoice processing
  • Hands-on experience with accounts receivable billing and invoicing
  • Hands-on experience performing account reconciliations
  • Proficiency using spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets) for accounting tasks
  • English proficiency at CEFR C1 level (spoken and written)
  • Available to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
