We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with experience in writing automated tests in Python, Selenium, and experience with AI – Claude Code for one of our projects for a client from the US market.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automating tests.
- Experience in designing and implementing testing strategies (manual and automated).
- Proficiency in Selenium.
- Ability to work with databases (SQL).
- Experience in requirements analysis, creating test plans and test cases.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in mentoring.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (documentation, team communication).
- Familiarity with approaches such as BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example.
- Experience in one of the areas: Performance (k6, Gatling Jmeter), DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI, cloud) or Data (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark),
- Familiarity with another testing framework (e.g. Cypress, Playwright).
- You deliberately use Generative AI in the software development process and in project and technical decision-making.
Benefits
- 95 – 145 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)
- 11,420 – 17,200 PLN brutto (UoP)
