Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- High level of structure and strong analytical skills
- Sql fluency for data analysis
- Ability to own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives
- Define a clear vision and roadmap, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- Make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- Thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across teams
- Strong mentor and community impact
