We are looking for a Semi-Senior Full-stack Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team building internal platforms that support finance, compliance, and commissions workflows within the real estate space.
Requirements
- Design and develop full-stack features for internal operational platforms supporting finance, compliance, and commissions workflows.
- Build scalable backend services and integrations using modern API architectures, webhooks, and third-party platforms.
- Develop dashboards and internal tools that surface operational and business metrics in real time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to platform architecture and data modeling for complex transaction workflows across distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with engineering best practices.
- Participate in technical discussions around scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Work effectively within a remote-first, async engineering culture.
