Cruise Administration Services, Inc. is seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to support Carnival’s travel agency sales channel across all global markets. The role involves travel agent email communication, data collection, data review, and data entry, as well as validation of travel agency data and compliance review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism education or related field
  • 3+ years experience in customer service or related field (both phone and e-mail based customer service)
  • Must be available to work in EST hours to support North America customer base
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience following defined processes with precision and attention to detail
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing work. Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
  • Technical knowledge to troubleshoot, coordinate and leverage internal IT applications and databases and to maintain and create supporting data (policy/procedure) within Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM
