Progressive Turnout Project
democracyFIRST is seeking an experienced Deputy Director for the 2026 cycle to assist with data operations to support a multi-state program to elect pro-democracy candidates for down ballot races. The role will help create and manage data tools and reporting processes that power the campaign’s organizing and voter contact programs.
Requirements
- At least 2 cycles experience with Organizing Tools such as VAN, PDI, BigQuery as well as texting, dialer and relational tools
- Intermediate experience with languages and data tools like SQL, Python, and BigQuery; advanced experience preferred
- Experience managing large datasets and writing automations
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects concurrently and to prioritize work effectively
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to a non-technical audience
