Join Reka as a Member of Technical Staff (Product Engineer) and help build the next generation of AI-native products. In this role, you will take ownership of product outcomes end-to-end, designing, implementing, and iterating on backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines to deliver fast, reliable, and intelligent user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience building production systems (backend or full-stack)
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and system reliability
- Comfort working across multiple domains (engineering, product, data, UX)
- A track record of owning problems end-to-end, not just executing tasks
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to complex problems
