The Senior Manager of Clinical Revenue Analytics helps drive the enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analytics for net patient revenue, partnering cross-functionally to inform high impact decisions.
Requirements
- Directs employees by supporting, coaching, training, assisting with time management and performing evaluations
- Reviews and analyzes net patient revenue rate variances
- Prepares the annual net patient revenue rate budget and quarterly forecasts
- Maintains detailed proforma financial models
- Creates and maintains accurate projections of net patient revenue
- Leads analysis of rate changes and reimbursement trends
- Analyzes monthly net patient revenue results
- Prepares advanced payer contract models
- Documents data sources, assumptions, and reporting processes
- Troubleshoots program logic and data issues
- Participates in monthly financial meetings
- Prepares ad hoc financial analyses
