We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a proven track record of developing and delivering products using Java and the Spring (Boot) framework. The candidate will work on enhancing the Public Warning Portal and consolidating it with other portals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with backend engineering using Java / Spring (Boot)
- 5+ years of experience with frontend engineering using Angular(JS), JavaScript, HTML, CSS and related web technologies
- Experience with AI tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code
- Experience with Micro-services platforms and tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with (no)-SQL Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
- Preferable experience with networking and communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL)
- Preferable experience with Linux environments and security
- Preferable experience with Kafka
- Preferable experience with Linux shell scripting and Python
- Preferable experience with deployment tooling (Ansible, Helm)
