Are you a native or fluent Danishspeaker who loves helping people and dreams of a Mediterranean lifestyle? We’re looking for enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents to join our client’s vibrant international team in Greece either remotely or on-site.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice (or chat/email expert) supporting Danish customers for a leading global brand in tech, e-commerce, automotive, or entertainment. Your mission: resolve inquiries quickly, deliver top-notch service, and turn every interaction into a positive experience!
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Danish
- Analyze issues, consult knowledge bases or team experts, and provide accurate, efficient solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high satisfaction scores
- Share insights with the team to help improve processes and services
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Danish (C1-C2)
- Solid English skills (B2)
- Good computer skills and tech-savviness – comfortable working with multiple screens, CRM software, MS Office tools, fast typing, and navigating digital platforms efficiently
- A positive, customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- No prior experience required – the company offers paid training!
