Requirements
- Approximately 4–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactional work
- Experience with public and private M&A transactions, domestic and cross-border deal work
- Strong academic credentials, peer firm experience, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
