Joining as a Portfolio Performance & Delivery Controls Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a single, trusted view of performance, financial control, risk, and delivery confidence.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio management, financial acumen, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in portfolio / PMO or delivery controls roles
- Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
- Ability to create clear, executive-level reporting
- Experience working in complex, multi‐programme environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Confidence using reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
