Direct Counsel

Direct Counsel is seeking a Junior Employment & Labor Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm’s New York office. The role involves day-to-day employment law counseling, litigation support, and corporate transaction assistance.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–2 years of employment law experience
  • Experience in both employment counseling and litigation preferred
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills required
  • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility and willingness to pursue admission required
  • Strong initiative, professionalism, and ability to manage client-facing responsibilities
