Requirements
- Solid background in ecommerce operations
- Experience managing a remote team and holding them to specific quotas
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace
- Experience building SOPs from scratch and documenting repeatable processes
- Data-literate with understanding of basic ad metrics like CPA and CTR
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Fluent English, written and spoken
