Reach is seeking an HR Advisor to champion complex ER cases, safeguard the business through legal representation, and build team capability through best-practice training.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing complex ER caseloads
- In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation
- Practical experience navigating change programs, organisational restructures, trade union consultations, and employment tribunal preparation
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7)
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
- Stakeholder management skills to build trust and establish credible relationships
