One Impression is looking for Research Associate Interns who can watch, analyze, and rate short-form video content (Reels). This role is perfect for college students who want flexible work, quick payouts, and something genuinely fun.

What You’ll Do

  • Watch short-form video content (approximately 120 reels per day)
  • Rate content based on simple guidelines (no technical skills needed)
  • Share quick insights on trends, engagement, and quality
  • Help brands understand what works in social media
    • That’s it. No calls. No selling. No pressure.

Earnings!

  • Paid per reel watched – Average earnings: ₹500–₹600 per day
  • Clear tracking & transparent payouts
