Direct Counsel is seeking a Product Life Cycle Associate Attorney to join the nationally recognized Product Life Cycle Practice Group of a premier global law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate with sophisticated products liability experience to work with leading companies across cutting-edge industries on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• Handle sophisticated products liability and complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft and argue briefs, motions, correspondence, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, expert interviews, and oral arguments
• Manage document collection, review, and production processes
• Analyze technical, causation, and failure-related issues in complex litigation matters
• Support multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state court proceedings
• Work closely with clients, experts, and multidisciplinary legal teams
• Assist in developing litigation strategy for national and international matters
