We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help evolve and modernize our Public Warning products, with a focus on automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Own, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and internal delivery tooling for Public Warning products.
- Design and develop reusable Jenkins and GitLab pipeline templates and automation frameworks.
- Drive automation across deployments, upgrades, configuration management, operational workflows, and technical documentation.
- Work within Kubernetes-based environments across both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
- Support and optimize infrastructure hosted within AWS and OVH environments.
- Enhance certificate management, observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness across environments.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams and occasionally participate in customer discussions to better understand deployment challenges and operational pain points.
- Support escalations and troubleshooting activities when required.
