Reddit is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of large-scale machine learning models and drive innovation in scalable model design and training approaches. The successful candidate will own the technical direction for machine learning models, partner with leadership to define ML roadmaps, and ensure efficient deployment of ML models in production.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Expertise in modern deep learning architectures
- Deep understanding of complex multi-entity relationships in machine learning applications
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable ML architectures
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
