Le Match Parfait
Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Product Manager pour rejoindre et développer l’équipe Produit. Le Product Manager sera responsable de la planification et de la gestion de la feuille de route des fonctionnalités de son produit tout en collaborant avec les équipes de design et de développement.
Votre Impact
  • Posséder et diriger la vision du ou des produit(s)
  • Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour identifier les problèmes et convenir de solutions
  • Rédiger des briefs sur les exigences des produits et des fonctionnalités
  • Maintenir le backlog du ou des produit(s)
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe produit pour concevoir et créer un produit de haute qualité
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe d’ingénierie pour atteindre les objectifs du projet
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’ingénierie tout au long du processus de développement
  • Développer des idées et des solutions aux problèmes des clients existants
  • Planifier et animer des réunions d’équipe aux côtés du scrum master.
La Formule Gagnante
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Product Owner ou Product Manager dans l’industrie du contrôle d’accès (ou similaire)
  • Diplôme universitaire ou certification en Informatique, Ingénierie ou un domaine connexe (préféré) ou expérience pratique équivalente
  • Excellente compréhension du crédit mobile et/ou du contrôle d’accès physique
  • Expérience de travail avec les portefeuilles mobiles
  • Bonne connaissance des principes et processus Agile
  • Compréhension approfondie des conditions et tendances actuelles du marché, ainsi que la capacité à les analyser
  • Capacité à comprendre et à collaborer avec des équipes de développement logiciel
  • Compétences avancées en communication orale et écrite, avec une forte aptitude à présenter des informations
  • Expérience réussie dans la mise en production d’un produit dans les délais
  • Excellente attention aux détails et forte capacité d’auto-organisation
  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes affûtées

The Perfect Match
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join and grow the Product team. They will be responsible for planning and managing the product roadmap while working with the design and development teams.
Your Impact
  • Drive the product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate directly with customers to identify high-impact problems and define solutions that deliver real value
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling product and feature requirement documents, articulating the why, what, and value behind the initiative
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive adoption
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Work with design to create engaging user-centric solutions
  • Communicate effectively across the organization, regularly sharing product updates, milestones, and success stories
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure the product meets customer needs and solves the right problem
The Winning Formula
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in the Access Control, Identity Management, or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree, certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Identity Lifecycle within an organization, including provisioning, access assignment, role changes, and deprovisioning
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, tools, and processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to cross-functional teams and large groups
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-informed mindset
  • Creative and innovative approach to solving complex challenges and identifying new opportunities
