Conduct data research, manage requests, and maintain CRM data to support sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in Sales/Sales Operations/Data Research position
- Strong proficiency in English
- Hand-on experience with C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) is highly preferred, ideally within a Sales or Sales Support function
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with users to clarify technical requests
