Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Agent to join our team in Greece. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about video streaming services and dedicated to providing excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or video streaming related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting streaming service issues.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
