The Field Service Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in providing management oversight and resource coordination within a designated region or at a designated site. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing his/her groups daily support efforts and will assist with defining the annual goals and objectives for those employees that report directly to him/her.
Requirements
- Providing direction to Field Service staff
- Reporting directly to the assigned Field Service Operations Manager
- Utilizing Lean Initiatives to streamline Field Service/EIS duties
