Agnico Eagle is seeking a Supervisor, Rock Mechanics to join their team at the Meadowbank Complex in Nunavut. The successful candidate will oversee technical studies, design ground control strategies, and lead a team of Rock Mechanics Engineers and Mine Technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or other relevant discipline
- 7+ years of work experience in ground control/rock mechanics
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and mine design/planning software
- Member of a Canadian engineering society and eligible for NAPEG membership
