Requirements
- Monitor and analyze hotel expenses across all departments to ensure costs are aligned with budget targets.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and cost control forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Oversee inventory management for key hotel areas, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Review and approve purchase orders to ensure pricing is competitive and within budgetary limits.
- Prepare detailed cost control reports and present findings to senior management.
