Bluelight Consulting
What You’ll Do
- Build out new features and enhancements for the client’s primary SaaS product, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Identify general improvements across various areas of the application, proactively surfacing opportunities to enhance user experience, performance, and functionality

- Working proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to analyze product metrics, build reports, and translate data into product insights
- Comfortable working directly with engineering teams during sprint ceremonies — standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retros
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
