We’re looking for a Panel Engagement & Recruiting Support Specialist to own the relationship between L&E and the people who make our research possible. If you’re a creative marketer who loves social media, knows how to build community, and isn’t afraid to dig into a database to get results, you’ll fit right in here.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital engagement
- Hands-on experience creating and posting content across social platforms
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM or database systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- A self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently and adapt quickly
