- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and healthcare scheduling software.
- Background in medical billing and insurance verification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a remote healthcare support role preferred.
