This role involves answering client calls and messages, generating invoices, and managing appointment scheduling. - Answer incoming calls and respond to client messages in a timely, friendly manner
- Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar
- Create and send invoices to clients
- Maintain organized records of communications and appointments
- Provide basic administrative support as needed to assist daily operations
