Join our team as a Salesforce Architect and lead the design of scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions for international clients. Work remotely from Poland with B2B contract flexibility.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.

  • Lead the technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Oversee and guide developers and consultants in implementing Salesforce solutions.

  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and assess their potential for integration.

Must-Have Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

  • Strong experience with system integrations and middleware solutions.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a must.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Leadership capabilities and experience in guiding technical teams.

  • Process-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Availability

  • Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
