Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The role is for a fast-growing product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product
