Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential
- Proficiency in English is beneficial
- Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with tech or consumer electronics products
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
