Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple business leaders within an organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Attention to detail in executing standardized work duties
  • Ability to learn quickly and implement new software technology
  • Proficient in multiple calendar management
  • Flexible, self-starter with the ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management
