We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Pacific Time (PT) or Mountain Time zones. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer support or technical support role at a SaaS company or relevant experience
- Experience with platforms like Help Scout, Chatlio, Jira, and the Google Suite
- Must be located in and able to work Pacific Time (PT) or Mountain Time hours
