We are seeking a Croatian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to work for a leading Online Streaming Service in Greece. This is a dynamic role that requires handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a premium streaming experience. The ideal candidate will have fluency in Croatian, previous customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in online streaming or entertainment fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities focused on delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented and remote environment
- Experience with CRM software and basic computer proficiency
