As a Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist, you will be prescribing cannabis-based medicines to patients who have tried everything else, and have the potential to change their quality of life substantially. You will be working in a multidisciplinary clinical team and have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in the field of digital health.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification
- At least two years of prescribing experience
- Experience in a clinical setting
