Requirements
- Several years of experience in clinical practice or process-oriented consulting of healthcare institutions
- Fundamental clinical education (study or vocational training in the healthcare sector)
- Well-developed process and analysis skills
- Experience in concept development, process specification, and SOP creation
- Strong consulting personality with empathy and consistent results orientation
- Analytical thinking and convincing interprofessional communication skills
