We’re looking for a Private Equity Expert to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in private equity, expertise in financial modeling, and proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
- Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
- Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
- Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
- Ability to process NDA/legal documents.
- Skills in sourcing for deals.
