Senior Performance Creative Strategist (all genders) – fully remote

Funzy is a company that stands for fun and cozy – and for a new generation of play furniture that combines creativity, comfort, and functionality. We are looking for a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to drive our Paid Social Creative Strategy and develop ad concepts that capture attention, generate interest, and drive sales.

Requirements

• Development and further development of our Paid-Social-Creative-Strategy with a focus on scalable Creatives along the entire funnel (ToF, MoF, BoF).
• Concept of high-converting direct-response ads, from hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion logics.
• Development of strong Creative Territories, new ad ideas, and launch narratives for existing and new products.
• Analysis of performance data and creative insights to develop Winning Creatives and derive new testing approaches.
• Development and prioritization of various ad formats, such as UGC, Skits, Greenscreen, Social Proof, or Comparison Ads.
• Close collaboration with Design, Content, and Performance Marketing to quickly translate ideas into effective creatives.
• Concept of larger assets, such as shootings or hero videos, with a clear focus on performance and scalability.
