Delta Exchange
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, and Python (advanced preferred), along with an ability to derive actionable insights, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency. Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
- Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance. Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.
- Statistical and Predictive Modeling: Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide decision-making.
- Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to define and execute business strategies.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced knowledge preferred).

- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
